Yosemite National Park

Its frosty as hell, and we start our drive towards the park. As usual, its dark when we leave, and we get to see yet another sunrise. Its about a two hour drive before we technically enter the park, however, we are already immersed in the nature of the area after an hour. We drive up steep mountains and see a whole city covered in fog down below.

As stated, its frosty as hell, which means its also icy as hell. Despite there being a good amount of visitors none of the treks up to viewpoints have been salted. At one point, while we are making our up to a viewpoint, I simply start to slide downwards before a strangers hand catches me and pulls me back up. Going down from the viewpoints felt just as dangerous, however, with an solution - I sit down and glide the way to the bottom, where I see dad has already made his way.
